How to Add a Player

Before playing your first round with your Golf Scoring Buddy, it needs to have some players added to the database.  This is a quick and easy process.  There are only three things needed to add a player.

1) Player's name

2) Player's GHIN number

3) Player's handicap index

From the Home screen, you should select the "Players" button.  This navigates you to the "Players List".  The top right of this screen has a "plus" sign that will navigate you to the "Add Players Information" screen.  From here, we are ready to start adding our new player.  In the following example I am adding a player named "Scott Jackson".  I have entered all information in it's appropriate spot.  Once you have entered everything, hit the "Save" button to save your new player.

Hints

1) If the "Nick Name" is left blank, the first name will automatically be used as the nick name.

2) More than 2 letters can be used as initials.

3) If you press the "Players List" button at the top left, it will not save any information you have added.
